Your apparently “horrendously frizzy” hair is what my hair looks like when it’s freshly washed and styled.

That trick with the hair pick is actually so smart! I’m definitely gonna try that

Do people do refreshes on only bits of their hair? I always do the whole thing. I don't have the patience to pick through my hair and knots are always something I have to deal with. So, I just did a five minute refresh of my hair and it turned out better than the original wash day hair haha I pulled my pineapple down, held my hair up like a unicorn horn and carefully turned on the kitchen sink careful to avoid last nights dinner dishes that were in it lol Wet it a bit which emulsified the product already in my hair. I combed my hair with my fingers separating the curl clumps and then scrunched it and squeezed the excess water out. Then I rubbed a few drops of Olaplex 7 oil and scrunched it in. Last I hit it with a diffuser but just for one or two minutes only and only on the wetter bits and smoothed a little Ouidad gel on it for hold. Turned out aces! I'm doing this from now on I think. Last time I had to go to my kids elementary school graduation with a wet head of curls because I took too long with my refresh. This way most my hair is barely damp and dries fast. The Olaplex helps with drying too and it turns out shiny and nice with no frizz and nice ringlets. My husband asked if I went to the salon because it looked so much better than usual haha

My hair gets fluffy when I use water, I van only use it with my curl cream to spread it better and make it thinner. In the morning, I use a leave in conditioner (with a bit water) and do everything. Then I apply curl cream with water and add argan oil to make it shiny and less crunchy. I wash my hair 2/3 times a week, (1 big refresh with mask ...) sometimes I don't even use products but just make it wet to eliminate the fluffyness.

Wow!! You really turned that around, it looked freshly washed. Love that trick with the comb ❤

I love your channel and I use the flip section, all beit tweaking it a bit to work on my hair. This refresh was a no for me. Not your method, I gave it a try this morning and it took about 15 minutes. Looked ok for a couple of hours, but now we're heading for the messy bun 😂. And too be honest, it's easier to take a 15 minute shower and get my hair soaked and start over. And I've never been able to dampen for a refresh. I usually wake up, take off my silk hat and fluff, no additional product. But thanks for the video!

I like that trick with gel on a comb or pick, I'll have to try it. The top of my head is usually where I have the most problems when refreshing. I hadn't heard of Tootilab before, looks interesting, would love if you'd do a complete review of the products.

Wow-that was really helpful!! Do you have any tips for diffusing wavy/curly hair when it’s short? I got mine cut recently and it was a little shorter than I expected-especially once it gets curly. I’m really struggling to figure out how to fix it! 🫣

I recently found your channel while looking for some easy updos and am sooo glad I did! I have long curly hair and have always washed it everyday. I’ve changed my whole hair routine over the weekend after watching a bunch of your videos and so far I love the outcome and save a ton of time! I went out and bought about $300 worth of products lol and so far I’m happy with them. Thank you so much for the videos!!

Love these ideas, definitely going to try them. Why haven’t I thought to section my hair to refresh?! - seems like an easy thought but not something I’ve tried yet.

I need to try the pick idea, that's where I get most of my frizz around the front bits around my face and find adding more product after I wash my hair makes it feel dirtier. This seems like a good way not to add too much
