I did everything I could to save my old fuel injectors for my 2003 ML500 . Popped off the old nasty pentil caps / O-rings /& completely disintegrated brass basket filter’s & gave the greasy oily 20 year old with 170k miles fuel injectors two baths in the ultrasonic cleaner . I was optimistic the fuel injectors would work fine after cleaning . But sadly 3 we’re stuck open & they did eventually close after a few taps with a screwdriver. But The click was audibly quieter then the other 5 . But they still had a drip 💧leak . I couldn’t take the risk with Almost half the injectors being faulty after all the work I did & money I spent rebuilding the engine . So 8 remanufactured injectors were purchased from Pelican parts & I can’t be happier with the results. they offer a core charge refund for every injector you send back so that’s cool 😎. I sent them back probably the cleanest injectors they ever seen for refund, they had brand new pentil caps / O-rings / brass basket filters 😂 but whatever it was only $26 for that stuff . Hopefully they don’t open the box and think they are ready to go for another customer 😂 .

We had someone with sugar in the fuel tank/rail on a m112, that would have cleaned up the injectors really good. Cool stuff

Hey Anderzen. Here you refresh the fuel injectors. Nice video!! Curious I have a M112k and thinking of increasing to larger fuel injectors . Have you ever increase the CC’s within any of your amg’s and what are your thoughts with a ECU tune
