Blimey. You could have been narrating my own history of injuries! Brilliant video, brilliant series. I promise to watch them all and digest thoroughly! Just need to expand the normal day from 24hrs to, perhaps, about 30 hours.

YES, this was quite a revelation in your great book and makes so much sense!! I’ve particularly focused on my positive attitude since I got Achilles pain just 3 weeks before my upcoming marathon ! It’s only 10 days away now and still dunno if I should try to run it … BUT staying super positive, i thank my healing in my daily meditation, training on the elliptical every day at the gym plus some spin classes AND keeping up the weights and yoga!! 👍🏻😊👍🏻
