Yes it is, from vibration. Bolt cant be tightened or else the peg wont move, hence the lock nut.

Did you just let the bolt heat up before removing the bolt using allen wrench?

Dont heat it up. ! the metal extends under heat but it has a spot weld so the first time it has to break, it requires light strength :-)

I am interested as well. How did you remove the spot weld? I saw videos where they drilled the hole but i dont know if putting on stregth will be enough to break the weld

@@Alex75990 it's easy, you cant ruin the exhaust. use a little force to crack it the first time you unscrew it.

The tool i show is home made. The end is made of window pegs. Players will damege the db-killer.

That bafle has been cut down on the inside pipes.. these baffles have widened pipes on the inside what slides over pipes on the inside of the exaust so wnhen you put that tool in he is using it wont catch the lip of the pipes because there is nothing there for it to catch onto because of the pipes what slide over the pipes inside

It's Euro 3 as it has the removable DB killer. Euro 4 is non-removable (but you can remove it by drilling out the spot weld).

None. A exhaust with no catalytic is euro 1 😂🙏🤣, + spot weld comes in all versions.

That screw is now "welded" on - for newer models of the exhaust. There's no way to simply un-screw it anymore - you must drill it out. Too bad you can't order it from Akrapovic with the db-killer (not) installed.
