I dont say sizes because every car may have it different. Just try what fits.

I ordered a pre-owned rear view mirror for my 2007 IS 250. Since I was using just the replacement mirror, I was able to take the mirror frame off and replace the mirror. Unfortunately, the only thing that was different was the "mirror" wiring. I did not unplug anything else relative to the garage door function from my original casing since my car has the 3 button options. I purchased a mirror withOUT the 3 button option as it was cheaper. It looked brand new but stated it was pre-owned. The mirror fit fine into my original casing, but the wiring prongs on the new mirror did not fit the prong casing for the existing mirror plug/prongs. The endings to the wires are different. So, I don't have wiring connection to my mirror for the auto-dim and locational map. But, the mirror is clear. Not sure if the new wiring prongs can be cut and soldered to fit the casing. A little bummed. I probably should have purchased a pre-owned 3-button rear view mirror exactly as I have, but they were all over $150-$200 and some had the same scratched/blotted mirror. I bought my replacement rear view mirror for $41. But, I used your link and even scrolled a long time trying to find a replacement mirror for my exact rearview mirror and because you mentioned the mirror would fit fine using a mirror without the 3 buttons (garage door openings) which you have and using a mirror with just auto dimming it would work. Must be the year of the vehicle. But thanks for the video. I now can see from my mirror and the door opener works fine. I just lost the auto dim and directional features because wiring plugs/prongs were different and didn't fit.

Lucky that it clips in, most are glued so it's tougher to do. I might have to do a video of how to mine from my Jag, as your video is the only one I have found of someone opening the thing.

The mount is glued, but the mirror is set screwed on to that mount.

Don’t need to remove the screw btw. I do windshields for a living. People lose these all the time. Simply loosen don’t need to remove.

Mine for a 2011 Ford fusion rear view mirror auto dimming has no compass and even Ford parts only wants $200. With no garage door opener on it. They are on the visor.

You still gotta check compatibility with you particular car. Each car may use different parts based on year, model, engine, trim level, etc.

Yes, you simply turn off digital mirror and it has regular one.
