When it comes to door panels on these fancy car I get nervous. I havent had thee need to remove on my W201 so far. What is the difference between this channel and the R&W?

Do you have to turn off the airbag somehow first?

John Cotton no, your not actually unscrewing the air bag module. It's just a cover to hide a screw that hold the pad in place. The airbag module is bolted to the frame behind the pad. If you do need to remove the air bag module itself for whatever reason, be sure to disconnect the cars battery first

Be careful as 2009 clc 203 coupe door handle does not come off this way screwed from inside and will break

+jglore89 Lots of the time mercedes have a issue where the window switch panel goes bad.
