You are straight to the point compared to other videos in which it makes it more enjoyable to watch and understand. Thanks so much for the instructional video.

I just made my first order and which includes a pipe cutter but have been using a hacksaw or reciprocating saw to cut EMT until then. I use a file to de-burr it. Usually, I just use a small file inside and outside but if I take me time, I'll use a round file inside and a larger flat file for the outside.

Nice! A file is a great option. Maybe we should do a whole video on de - burring with a file.

Thanks! I was unaware of the last two tools mentioned.

Thanks for watching! The drill bit is a life changer.

I have both the screwdriver combo tool and the one that goes on the drill, they both work well, but the drill one is super fast. I've also used a file. Today, I was working with 2" EMT, and used my right angle die grinder to clean them up. I had no idea they made an EMT cutter like copper tubing cutters (the EMT would destroy the blade on the copper tubing cutter.

You have literally helped me so much with this information it's absolutely unreal... I do have a few questions about something though. As far as load bearing what do you think 4 of these 1/2 inch would be able to take? I am building a table like ontop of an existing table that is a standing hand crank table and plan to rig multiple work lights underneath it using flanges that you have shown on this channel to mount to top of other table. I want the end result to be strong but not too heavy as there is a weight limit for the standing desk amounting to about 330 pounds and industrial pipe just seems to be too heavy. I had no idea that emt could be used in so many different ways until I found one of your videos his morning. Do you think that's doable? Should I bump up to a thicker tube than 1/2 maybe? Peace!

Hi there, thanks for the question. I've had some customers recommend this galvanizing spray in the past. From what I understand it works pretty well. www.homedepot.com/p/Rust-Oleum-Professional-20-oz-Flat-Gray-Cold-Galvanizing-Compound-Spray-7585838/100142963

When my de-burr broke on my conduit cutter broke I used my step drill bit. It might not be the best but it works.

Sometimes something that works is all you need. Thanks for the comment.

That's actually pretty brilliant......and I HAVE NO IDEA why I didn't realize it before when the reamer bit in the video looks almost exactly like one...

Do you guys have an Amazon store? Links to the tools demonstrated in this video?

Hi there Art, thanks for the question. We don’t have an Amazon store yet but it’s something we’re thinking about for the future. I will update the video description and add links to the tools.

4:29 That POS bit only deburrs the outside. Took your advice, bought it, only to find it totally fukn worthless.

Sorry you're having a bad experience with it. I've used it a ton with an impact and it works great.

I've always hated that Klein reamer and yes, it is WAY too expensive!

I'm a sparky by trade and the best tool to deburr is nothing at all. You take the cut piece in each hand and rotate them inside and outside each other at an angle, no tools needed.
