How to remove fender 2019 Dodge journey

Great video. I want to remove mine because they are starting to rust especially underneath where the battery cover is. Plus the bumper has a wide gap so i think the retainer plastic bar might be cracked.

That front screw I can't seem to get it off. It has a round bolt and I cannot seem to get pliers to hold it
