@@teresadesign ..I can't believe the amount of thread that was in there. Must have been in a zone not to notice. Lesson learned..it should really be in the handbook that the cover comes off..

Thank you so much for posting this video! I’ve been trying to figure out how to get the thread out and with your tip - it was magic! I too had a second spool that wrapped around. Thanks again!

You’re welcome! I try to remember not to put a second spool of thread on there. Thread is so expensive to waste it.

BLESS YOU for posting this! I had the same issue and I know there's more in there, but I couldn't figure out how to get the wheel cover off! Now all that pink thread I needed for my baby quilt is explained...........I knew I couldn't have used it all up! :-)

So happy to help. I wanted to be sick when it happened to me because I had just gotten my machine a couple weeks before. Plus I wasted a whole spool of thread.

This is exactly what happened to me last night. I thought I was the only one who did this 😂. In my machine, I dont have a sticker. I just have to pull the hand wheel out. Took me about three or four hours to figure out the whole thing. I still have some thread stuck inside the chain and fan. Lesson learned never will i ever leave any spools of thread anywhere near again. 😂 Thanks for your video!

I’m so sorry you experienced this too. Such a bad design but I still love my brother. But like you I will never put a second spool on it.

thank you for this video. This must be a common problem with this machine. Now I can remove the rest of the thread that is still wrapped around the hand wheel. Thank you, thank you so much.
