Question, i want to buy a an MK4 from an auction with no key, can i unplug the immob connection then unplug the round piece temperarly and use a flat head on that same round piece to make it start?

Hello! I don’t know if it work. I know that immobilizer give the information to instrument cluster and then to ECU.

Do you know the part number for the ignition lock cylinder housing? Mine recently just broke on my MK4 and I have been looking everywhere to find one. I found Part# ATM 357905851D, but from the looks of that part, I dont think it is correct. Would love any help you can provide. Thanks.
