Great! Just what I was looking for! My case, I never removed mine for 3 years and it melted...now, once removed, only applying it when I drive my Volvo. Once parked, removing them.

You can't keep it for extended period of times if you put some kind of release agent or keep it well waxed also you can use nylon tape, take it to the back of the magnet. However it may weaken the magnet depending on how sticky the tape is

Most of mine came off pretty easily with car in the hot sun without dryer. Mixed advice on Goof Off, a solvent, vs Goo Gone, citrus-based. Opinions? Goof Off makes and automotive gel around 5 times the price of their basic Marks Messes Stains remover. I'd rather use the latter.

I just finished...mine was worse! This happens with cheap magnetic signs...I researched it and the thicker magnetic signs, more expensive ones, work better. When done, I put a coat of wax where I just cleaned. BTW...bug and tar remover works also

Unfortunately the way of things, everything seems to be cheapened way down from cheap chinese crap and supplies for many many companies. The old vista print car magnets would stay on ten years in sun with no issues. Their newer ones, they completely turned to glue residue stuff on door after one and a half years in seattle, that I can't yet get off with many traditional methods, next step going to try wet sanding like car detailers and car painters do. It should work but is maddening the magnet company did this to my nice truck paint with their new cheap crap, and the magnets costs 2x as much! wth
