Hello, I have a few questions about the resonator for you. I recently had my 2008 sprinter in to the mechanic to replace glow plugs. I was getting terrible mileage and it was very very hard to start in the colder mornings. I picked up my van and starting and milage is awesome now. Buuutttt.... I hear boost now. I hear whoosh and when I let off the gas I hear boost being released. I've also noticed on the resonator oil leaking. Did the mechanic have to remove the resonator to do the glow plugs and perhaps not put it back together all the way?

I just got into a 2020 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 6 cylinder and I noticed turbo resonator had a little oil coming from the crack where it connects together is that normal

No at very least you need to replace the seals that means it will soon give out

Thanks for your videos I enjoy watching them. And they are very useful. I have a 2010 mercedes sprinter and just got the check engine light on and it seems to have accelerator stuttering issue. Where when I accelerate it’s almost light it chokes a bit and kicks back in then chocked a bit until I get to a desired speed. I’ve had a pressure leak with this turbo resonator before and I’m hoping it’s the same issue. From your experience does it sound like it? I haven’t run the check engine light code yet.
