This 5-minute video is all about how to remove Sodium and Nitrates from SPAM. I used a Stainless Steel Pan to boil the SPAM. This procedure is perfect if you cannot tolerate the amount of Sodium (Salt) or Nitrates in SPAM.
Note: Low Sodium SPAM also has too much Sodium!
