I use a bar of Ivory soap. Wet the stain, rub the bar of Ivory on to the stain, lightly scrub with an old toothbrush and rinse. Then it goes in the washer. It's worked for over 40 years and I still use it for the grandbabies soiled clothes.

I absolutely swear by hydrogen peroxide and baking soda! This is always my last step when nothing else works, because this *always* works! I have never added dish soap before, but I will try that next time.

What about set in stains, say for example you tried to remove the poop stains using hot water. Oxyclean won't do it, even with a large amount on the stain it just fades it.

Nice video! I am dealing with soiled incontinence pads from an adult person. The pad is basically quilted cloth with a waterproof backing. I’ve been spraying the stain with Oxiclean stain remover, let sit for an hour, soak in hot water with Oxiclean powder and Persil for about an hour, and then launder as usual. Some stains just don’t come out using this method. Do you think this your way might work?

My experience, HOT water, is NOT good on poop stained fabric... seems to bake it in! Luke Warm works better.
