Natural tips to remove teeth stains
Human teeth renewal is not possible. Although sharks' teeth are replaced every 2 weeks. Removing teeth stains at home can be done effectively with a few natural remedies and proper oral hygiene practices. Here are some methods you can try to clean your teeth without using dentist tools:
1. Teeth Whitening toothpastes
2. Baking Soda mix with water
3. Hydrogen peroxide 3% mixed with water
. **Baking Soda and Hydrogen Peroxide Paste**:
- Create a paste by mixing baking soda with a small amount of hydrogen peroxide to form a thick consistency.
- Apply the paste to your toothbrush and gently brush your teeth for 2 minutes.
- Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
- Use this method only once or twice a week as excessive use may damage tooth enamel.
4.Diet
Avoid excessive consumption of tea or coffee
5.Fruits
Strawberry contain maleic acid which remove stains
**Strawberries and Baking Soda Scrub**:
- Crush one ripe strawberry and mix it with half a teaspoon of baking soda to form a paste.
- Apply the paste to your teeth using a toothbrush or your finger.
- Gently scrub your teeth for 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
- Strawberries contain malic acid, which can help whiten teeth, but use this method sparingly to avoid enamel erosion.
6. **Maintain Good Oral Hygiene**:
- Brush your teeth at least twice a day using fluoride toothpaste.
- Floss daily to remove plaque and debris between teeth.
- Limit consumption of staining foods and beverages such as coffee, tea, red wine, and dark-colored fruits.
- Visit your dentist regularly for professional cleanings and check-ups.
