Removal of the exhaust header requires removal of the header heat shield, unfastening the header brace, and disconnecting the header from the down-pipe. See the related video on removing the O2 sensors first.

Does anyone know After precatting If this affect mot emission test or puts on any engine warning lights?

If done properly there will be no CEL.

Try using a bolt extractor. It's used for removing rounded bolts and nuts. It comes in a kit with different sizes.

@@supervitz7178 This is a good question. The face-lift models 2003 and later in US are far less likely to have pre-cat damage - but it can't hurt, so I would suggest to do it.
