120 psi is not low for a blaster. Anything between 110 and 120 is good.

You should do a engine swap with a blaster and put a gsxr 750 engine in it

I don't know much about these but I heard you need transmission oil and engine oil but I don't know what kind

10/40W engine oil for motorcycles (not cars as dry clutch). Any decent qualtiy 2 stroke oil for the motor. Change the box oil on a regular basis, if it smokes excessively that could be down to a crank seal

basically need to use a hammer if they wont come out. Place the nuts back on the bolt to prevent damage to the threads

Just got a 2005 blaster big bore kit and some other stuff rode fine till I was in 4th gear riding up my street and it bogged out tires locked up and stalled and the kickstart was stuck. Got it home kickstart worked again but wouldn't kick over tried pop starting it and it ran but did not sound good it stalled again and has been locked up ever since. Any idea what it could be ? I think motor is seized up

the motor probably did lock up. there was probably a massive air leak causing it lean out. i would leak down test the motor before tearing into it so you can see exactly what needs to be replaced and gone over. i also have a video showing a leak down test on a blaster engine
