So the C Channels fixed the cupping issue?? Where did you get the C Channels from? Ironically, I'm finishing a dining table that ended up with maybe a quarter of an inch cupping during my finishing process and this was the way I was going to go

There are multiple sellers on Etsy that sell the c channel with the elongated slots in multiple lengths. Good luck with your repairs!

Seems like part of the video is missing. Did you plane down the wood to get it flat prior to adding the rails?
