+Syrena Xhaferi I would recommend contacting a professional to see why the wall is sagging. It's possible you have more than a cosmetic/settlement issue. A lot of companies offer free estimates/consultations.

Wall sagging? or ceiling (trusses) rising? My wall / ceiling drywall separated where they meet. Went in attic and found inverted ceiling pops where the rafters had pulled the ceiling up. Solution - take a board and a hammer and smack the ceiling drywall right next to the truss. The ceiling will come back to meet the wall downstairs and you will have to repair the pops (after you remove the nail/screw) where the ceiling separated from the rafter (truss). Ceiling drywall SHOULD NOT BE NAILED to the rafters within 2' of the wall.

Let me make one clarification - The ceiling I referenced was a cathedral ceiling with trusses. Trusses are "captive" when nailed to the top wall plate (unless they are properly installed with a rising fastener that allows movement to prevent pops and they expand and contract with the drastic temperature swings in the attic causing the separation of the drywall.
