I can't get the piece to push in and pop off to even get into it. smh I tried WD-40 and tried vinegar but no luck. Maybe its build up on the inside. Any suggestions?

I do think the videos of "shutting off the water supply" and then when completed "turning on the water supply" have been reversed. Clockwise to shut off, Counterclockwise to turn on.

Yo, how do you change the zone for hot water and cold water. 80% of turning the faucet is cold water and only if I pull it completely to me it's hot water?

after i removed screw, i could not get handle off. any suggestions?

Try squirting some white vinegar around the area to loosen calcium deposits. Then, wrap a little masking tape around the base of the handle to protect it from scratches while you *gently* tap it a few times with the butt end of your wrench to loosen it up (the same as you would loosen up a stubborn jar lid).

These crap cartridge designs are made this way just so they can charge more money. The old style faucets just needed a simple o-ring occasionally. What a freaking scam.
