How to Repair and Paint Moped Cheap - fix cracks, remove scratches, fill holes, change colour

What did you use to fix big holes and cracks?? If Also let’s say you have a big hole where the plastic is missing, what can you do to replace and fill that hole?? Like what plastic is best to use to fill and shape it to the body

As You saw in video I didn't have any major holes or cracks so soldering and body filler did the job. If you have missing panel than probably go with fiberglass. Fill missing part with expanding foam than shape it how you want apply fiberglass on top and than remove foam from the back. There is tons of methods it depends on budget and what you really want to do. 😉 Hope it helps, Good luck

what paint thinner did you use or recommend??

They all work almost the same so what ever you pick it should do the trick. Only if you planning to paint with 2k paint or primer than you should check if thinner is compatible with your specific product

Mostly marked as universal body filler there is numerous brands in different price range. You will find it online or in any auto parts store

Why didn’t you seal coat it then sand and polish it for a nice smooth finish

End result is pretty smooth and I painted with single stage which do not require clearcoat
