Good video and very good mechanic. Mechanic is adjusting himself not to block the views of the camera for better recording. Thanks to both. I have a wagonr October 2010 k series model run 156257 kms. So far no major repairs. Clutch assemby changed once after one lakh kms run. Front wheel bearings changed once, that too reasontly. Engine oil and filter changed every 5000 kms run.Well maintained. It is giving good mileage also.The maximum mileage was 20.2kmpl, though the company recommends 18.9kmpl. Now i got piston heads decarbonized at car cardiac care at Adoor. I love my wagonr. Thanks to Maruthi Suzuki company. 😘😘😍😍😍

Can you see a steering light when you just turn the key, what about after starting?? If the steering light is not poping up after starting then the issue is same as shown in the video and the solution is also same.

Sir, I'm facing same problem on my Ritz too along with some thuck, thuck sounds while turning. I did all works as per your video even replace that plastic gear bush to new one. But, still that issue not solved. My mechanic said due to new bushes hardness after 3000 km it will be smooth. But I ran more than 6000km problem not solved that sound only arrested. Steering wheel not return to center. And steering wheel also tight and heavy. What is the reason sir? Any advice?

I have 2010 k series. I have same problem like Steering hard feels. So, showroom guy advised to change rack assembly. It cost 7500rs. Along with also changed front suspension, front wheel bearings and clutch plate as it had to change. Now no noise. But, steering feels hard same like in the video. Some times it feels ok. So I contacted again. He told it is correct. No need to do it again. It will correct after 1500kms running.But, now it is almost 3500kms ran. No improvements. So I have visited 3more mechanics to check it. They also told it cannot be done. It is already ran 135000kms it may be motor problem. There was no light blinking after vehicle start. I feel it is not about motor. And I checked fuse and relay too. No issues. But, still hard it feels. Very bad about Maruti vehicles and their service. What do you suggest? How can be correct it..?

Your problem- SB : Steeering Box 1. When u have loosen SB, sound was there. 2. When you have tighten SB, felt it hard Solution If you could clean SB and change the damper pad also we need to adjust damper pad, you will be able to use in normal condition. When remove SB Check rack bush too. NB: Damaper pad kit and rack bush are inexpensive parts.
