this method worked for me, i changed the "IXFH40N50P" and it worked. you're awesome thank you very much! just one note : there is a fuse "EUR.T10A on the motherboard near to the AC cable you May have to replace if no led light when connected to the AC, mine have been burned

When I tested the ac mosfets on my 1300 watt grid tie inverter I noticed that the small and larger mosfet had variances. I was getting 85 on two of the larger ones and 4 to 6 ohms on the other two. The smaller ones had two of the four with higher values as well. Should I replace all of them on this side?

When you cheked the dc-ac MOSFETs, there was some gate-drain reading (between around 1.7-2.8). Is that ok? I thought that there should be none at all, only a drain-source reading

Great video, any idea why my exact same model is not working with my WindyNation 100 Watt Solar Panels I tried one panel no dice I tried 2 as parallel then as serial no dice, the green light does not stay on and sometimes I get the red light sometimes not, the back of my inverted says it should operate on 10.8 to 30 VDC

Hello, nice video ! maybe you can help on the following : My victron Phoenix Inverter 12v 750va just doesn't want to start, no led, no noise... I decided to open it and everything seems to be fine : the 3 30A fuses, the small fuse in the switch circuit, all mosfets and diodes. I basically see no short anywhere. It seems more of on open circuit somewhere as no voltage go to the drive board. Any idea where to look at ? are there any other fuses ? Thank you

i think if the inverter ok then next is the input power source, namely internal ohms or drop of output voltage. Often the power source is weak for the strong inverter of lower input voltage that requires very high amperes, right?

Your ZOYI ZT-X has gone the same as mine. Remove the plastic cover (that becomes clouded) and you will be able to see the LCD display properly, again.

Those type of inverters get too hot when operating at maximum power. Is there an easy way to limit it to say max 750 Watts so the Mosfets won't overheat that easy?

@@darijomatijevic4352 I ordered the replacement MOSFETs and should know in the next couple weeks if it will work or not. I also removed the inductor power choke and blue varistor. I think my unit got hit by lightning on the neutral side.

change all the 4 big capacitors on the DC side from 2200 to 4700uf.. and make sure you cool them with fans so capacitance dont reduce due to heat then die.. I had this problem before frequently replacing mosfet..

That AC out put would break a lot of things. Way out of spec.

@@PhdHung I have noticed a lot of inverters go "way high" spec is 255max grid. So a 270 is a lot more than 10% and where most designs were based on 220v or 230v. I'd would only use than in feeding a, active online uninterruptible power supply. (Long name) As they have power conditioner and limiters. So the output is better. Or go check all the filters and tronics to make sure they are okay for the voltage.. 250v caps and such like.
