The box of the inverter may have been shocked so the mppt charger toroidal inductor have broken and it pressed to high frequency transformer and damaged it

How to test with out battery i see you using power supply 2 of them in series i dont understand. I have 60volt 10 ampere power i can regulate it can use this and you advise me to make DC circuit breaker between my power supply and inverters

Hi Sir, I have jitter 5kva and damaged the same diod and high freq transformer+IRFG30+Cap I have replaced all but rewind the transformer and I doughbt if the UC3845 need to be replaced or the transformer is coused that not turning on kindly help us. Regards

what is voltage buildup in main capacitor during operation. I have naming of 470uf 500v ..but in market 450v capacitor is getting available. Can i use that. Same goes for Thermally protected MoV can we use normal mov ?

All of these Chinese made, high frequency, transformerless inverters are junk. You'll be lucky to get even a single year's worth of use from one of these featherweight, high frequency inverters. If you want an inverter that's going to last more than a year, you need to buy a low frequency, transformer based inverter. No Transformer = No Good.
