And eliminating toxic environments or detoxing! I have just found out that all toxins may be eliminated through the digestive system and that may be why people get digestive cancer or wounds, as they accumulate huge amounts of toxins that they are unable to eliminate efficiently.

Dr. Berg I have been following you since forever , and studying everything about the body and food. I even bought medical and nutrition books , because my family think I'm crazy following a Dr on you tube. But i started doing keto slowly , for my health in general. But mostly I was concerned about my yellow eyes and tingling of hands and feet . And I haven't been eating for a long time but my eyes have cleared already. So cool . Thank you so much for teaching us. Also I'm taking vitamins and my son also wants to eat healthier. So I'm a happy viewer, God bless you and your family you are saving lives. I love your videos. :)

I m a South Asian *Nepalese living in the U.S. and I agree to ur points about the way a child is brought up in the western world. Parents don't let kids play outside thinking they would get infections when all the time it is the infections that make the kid's immune system strong. And yeah the colastrum is precious for a new born, it is a custom to feed the new born baby colastrum. Even in cattles, when a cattle gives birth and produces colastrum, it is distributed among the neighbours and consumed as a holy food in our culture.

Both mental and physical stress can cause Addison's disease. Stressors can cause the adrenals to shut down or becomes overwhelmed. I recommend using acupressure to help the adrenal glands function properly. Just to the right of the belly button, use your thumb and middle finger to apply pressure. This will help relieve and extract stress.

Hi Mr. Berg, now at age 33 I have been dealing with an inflammatory rheumatic disease called ankylosing spondylitis for 10 years. 7 years ago one of the rheumatologists told me that from age 30 on it would slow down, he was right, even though it still has around 40% of the impact it had between my 24th and 30th year of age. The inflammation, the stiffness of the tissues at tendons, bones, its very intense and excruciating. I also always tend to have ear noises (tinitus) and psoriasis at some spot, both since my childhood. I feel like it was predetermined that this disease would start around my early and mid twenties, also as a kid some days I wondered why the inertions of my thigh muscles would hurt. When I read about ankylosing spondylitis, these aspects were all listed as possible symptoms of this disease. I was always an active person, playing soccer and dancing, but this disease tried to make things impossible for me. I hold out all the years without medication, but it can be unbearable. The immunesystem decides to attack my own tissue.

Good diet, exercise, enough quality sleep & IF, if appropriate, are good for us when middle-aged & beyond BUT I don’t think we can really ‘boost our immune system’ as such. (Chronic stress is indeed potentially damaging)..

Hello Dr. Berg I hope you are fine and before I talk about my condition I would like to thank you for the wonderful and useful content that you provide so thank you, Doctor I was suffering from stomach germ and treated it with medication and after that I analyzed the result was negative but caused me reflux in the esophagus and I have suffered from it since Three months and I have not taken antacids since I heard you talk about their ineffectiveness. I bought natural apple cider vinegar, and today I am the fifth, but I have not seen anything tangible in improving. I hope that you will guide me in the period that you must continue and what must be done. I am from Iraq and I hope Help me please ❤️

Having an Old and damaged Immune System, well, at 83 I believe this body is at that level by now and had became severely damaged. Just got Sovereign Lab's Colostrum looking forward to taking it and of course for the results! If my mother would be alive she would think I lost it! LOL...Hungarian cooking is the worst and I grow up on it. UGH.

I was never breastfed. Not even once. My mother was not allowed to give it to me, because of the medicine she took and still takes.
