Be careful as if really old the plastic becomes brittle and can snap as you remove them. You can try and squeeze the plastic clip with a screwdriver etc. but can be hard to get to. If you have the new one ready and the old one breaks it’s not too bad. Just put the new one in slowly so that it clips in.

Thanks for this great video Mark. I'd put up with a really poor spray on the passenger side for years and no amount of cleaning and (attempted) unblocking resolved it. After watching your video, I removed the nozzle, soaked the tip in descaler and reinstalled it. Now all working perfectly!

Yep, my first was fine and replaced both in the end (at different times) and one snapped. They can get very brittle. If you read my first comment I said this (after replacing the second one) and you can sometimes get your hand in or get a screwdriver in there to release but even then they still sometimes snap (as my second one did) Hope you managed to fix in the new one(s).

Great video. I'll try swapping mine over at the weekend. Both sides currently not working very well since the cold snap, screen wash just seems to dribble out. Am hoping it's nothing other than a blockage

It may just be the cold weather. Mine sometimes stop altogether when freezing. I replaced both of mine now and they were about £12 each from a scrap dealer on eBay.

Is there any way to adjust spray direction? Most cars have nozzles that you can move with a pin...

I tried using a pin but it didn't seem to make a ton of difference.

hi mate, why my washer pump didn't work(no sound and no water spray on windscreens) when i driving my car but when the car in stand still it working and water coming out from washer jets? it that meant my washer pump motor is malfunction or clogged? i can say it happen most of time😅

I’m really not too sure. That does sound strange. Make sure the water reservoir has enough water. Maybe check the connections on the jets.

@@bellagio1066 for the 2nd times went to another workshop for doubles check foreman said my washer pump motor was too weak and need to replace...bought OEM from Auto bavaria in my country but it seem like can last about 1 year only..

Maybe it was just wearing out. Mine just stopped all of a sudden. I bought mine second hand off ebay from a scrap dealer. I think they were about £10-12 each and work well.
