How to replace a clock spring on a 2016 Ford F350!

Video on how you replace a clock spring on a 2016 ford f350 usually when the clock spring goes out you will lose the airbag and all the controls on the steering wheel quick easy fix only cost me a little over 100 bucks

Thanks for the video. Our 2007 Eddie Bauer Expedition has this exact same Airbag module. I couldn't find anywhere else that showed how to remove this setup. Got it replaced, thanks to your help.

I have a 2011 and my up/down/left/right buttons work but the cruise control buttons work occasionally. Also, the volume down button makes the music louder and the next button restarts a song. Does that seem like the clock spring?

Hey there I have a 2016 f150 That my turn signals and the steering controls and wipers quit working, Wipers only work on high speed The only thing that works on the steering wheel is the wipers on high and the honk I already checked some but couldn't find the problem yet, Any ideas what could be the problem?

It’s the clock spring same one I replaced in this video all my steering controls stopped working and when I’d turn the steering wheel u could hear noise didn’t have a problem with my turn signals though but I’m betting that’s what ur problem is

You will also need to check your multi function stalk (blinker stalk) and wiring under the steering wheel for damaged wires.

Have the exact same issue with my 2016 f150? Am bout to change cockspring. Hope that fixes. Update.. did not fix with clockspring replacement.. still only can use wipers on hi.. no turn signals.. no buttons on steering wheel working

No I didn't just ordered the clock spring for the truck off ebay was a direct plug in and works great havent had any problems with it since

My controls work on the steering wheel but do have the airbag light

That can be a couple things seat belt,the air bag itself or the impact sensors sometimes go bad or unplugged

Nice video it takes the guesswork out of it I need to do the same thing👍. Ford recalled this over a year ago and I’ve had two notices and talk to my dealer and still it hasn’t went nowhere. I guess I’m going to have to take care of it myself just like you did. Thanks again for the helpful video.
