Jeff, not sure what you paid for the jack from Lipert. But you could have a cylinder service rebuild it. It may of been cheaper. Most hydraulic cylinders can be rebuilt. All they do in replace all of the seals. Safe travels and roads Brian and Cindy, "xtreambydesign with passion"

I was going to explore getting this one repaired, then life happened. I reached out to several RV people that claim the seals aren't available for the new style jacks, but I don't believe it. I did need a replacement pretty quickly, as I was in a campground and didn't have the luxury of leaving it off for a few days or a week while it was rebuilt. I agree with you, a good hydraulic shop could probably do it for pretty cheap.
