I replaced my fuel pump months ago fuel pump went bad put new one in along with filler neck fired car up car doesn’t read gas at all it says it’s full then drops to buried E

Why do you have to drop your gas tank can't you just take stuff out the back to reach your gas tank to get to the fuel pump ?
