I replaced power steering pump but the return line is a metal tube that they discontinued I cannot find that line anywhere so I had to improvise longer hose with two hose Barb's a cup of clams zip ties LOL and call it a day just a return line so there isn't much pressure on it great video by the way I'm sure it helped a lot of people with this issue but before you bolt that power steering pump on it is easier to slide the clamp up first make sure the hose is secure before mounting to the engine cuz once it's mounted it's too hard to get pliers down there to grab the clamp

How would you flush the power steering fluid on this setup? Is the hose at the bottom a return line?

Utilise the old pump to pump the fluid all the way out

Is it possible to replace only the oil tank without disassembling the pump?

The pump will need to be unbolted from the engine to change the tank. Can leave the hoses connected though. Thanks

I checked and saw that it is possible to disassemble only the tank by simply taking out its clips

NO! They are not to be used for this. Please get the proper o rings
