How to Replace a Screen Door Corner and Roller [1080p]

Is your sliding screen frame coming apart at the edges? If so, it may be a broken screen door corner. In this video we show you how to replace those broken corners and the rollers as well.

Great video. Other similar videos didn't show the punch marks and the corners broke while trying to replace them. At least now I know how to remove the broken pieces now. Thanks.

Do *not* hammer directly on the aluminum track to put the frame back together, as the video shows. As you can see if you look closely in the video, this deforms the soft track, which can cause it to stick or squeak in the track. Instead, put a piece of wood across the track, and then hammer on the wood to disperse the impact and protect the track. A rubber mallet may also be soft enough to protect the track.

I just need to replace one corner. Can I pull back less of the screen and reuse the same screen?

How do I take apart vinyl door at the corner? I don't see any punch marks. It has a small gap. I can fit the edge of a putty knife in the gap. I'm afraid to pry it though. I don't want to crack the vinyl.
