SOLUTION TO NO FLOW: You don't necessarily need to change the Flow Switch! It happened to me. Make sure to clean to plug because you'll notice accumulation of greenish sediments on the connection. I tried another Flow Switch and still showing No Flow. It had to be the hole in witch you plug the switch. I cleaned it with CLR and a qtip. Worked like a charm! That blinking orange light on the No flow and then the green "generating" made my day. That Flow Switch is pretty expensive...

Don't care how old this is. This CLR trick totally worked for me and I'm not even bitter that I took everything apart and verified all the voltages and resistances. Huge win! Being that the flow sensor is just an RJ11, if you measure the blue and blue/white wires I got about 20ohms between them when i manually closed the flow switch. Again, Huge win with the paper towel CLR trick!!!!!!!!!!

To be complete. This is also the salt cell's temperature sensor. I don't have a "no flow" red light, I have the word "hot" on my display when the water temp is now in the 40F's.

You would be getting a solid red light on the box for "NO FLOW".

We replaced the Hayward salt cell and nothing is working or lighting up. Is it the flow switch?

Sounds more like the circuit board. I had to replace mine after 10 years, available on Amazon. Item is called "Hayward GLX-PCB-RITE Replacement Main PCB Printed Circuit Board for Hayward Goldline AquaRite Salt Chlorination Systems".
