I always torque those screws on mine when changing cams or limbs, i set them to 15 inch pounds, i got that tip from Cory at bowtech.. There is no real torque number, but that's what they have found to keep them snug and from getting loose over time from shooting

When replacing/reinstalling the deadlock system, what is the "spacing" supposed to be on the black piece? Recently realized after zeroing out the deadlock system that the cams are 1/16 apart from one another

You probably need to check with Bowtech for that question.

Hey sean thank you for your videos,my son has a diamond edge 320 and the cams are damage,i have been looking where to buy new cams, Is there a website where i can buy them?

I would start by contacting Diamond directly. They may say that you have to go to one of their local dealers and they will send the parts to the dealer to put on the bow (to make sure it is done right, basically). If that does not work, then you can search online for people selling parts from bows.

So. I do as much as I can myself and love my bowtech Revolt x80. Had issues with cheap draw weight scale and now changing limbs. Can I do this with my ez green bow press or will I need to find a wheel style press?

Any approved bow press will work. As long as the limbs fit properly in the style of fingers that are on your model of press then you should be fine.

Yes it was pretty simple.

The screw that shims the cam stripped.

Yes, this is the dead lock screws. I do not know if it is common, but both my top and bottom cams went bad in less than a year. I am thinking that maybe I just got a bow that was part of a bad batch. They charged me to replace the first one which was just over $100 for the new assembly. They did not charge me for the second. Not sure why they charged me for the first. Either way, the replacement ones were a little different so you could tell they did a slight redesign, probably because they had a few problems with the ones I initially had. To avoid more problems, I put it in a bow press to tack pressure off the string and cables to more easily turn the screws now, which helps me avoid having it happen again. I realize that the technology is intended to help you not need a bow press, but I am just not going to take any more chances. They probably should use a bigger set screw that has less likelihood of stripping with all that tension that is created from the string and cables.

One of them is starting to fail. The cam stopped shimming and seized up when I tried to shim it over in the tuning, so I retired the bow and switched to something else. I need something I can rely on and that just wasn't cutting it. I kept it and may keep it as a backup, but right now I don't feel like I can rely on it.
