This video shows you how to install a new CV axle shaft in your 2007-2015 Mazda CX-9. A CV axle has flexible joints. Often, these joints wear out, or seize from contaminants due to the protective boot tearing open. A worn joint is prone to breakage, or other hazards. If your vehicle needs a new CV axle, install a quality TRQ axle that is engineered to your vehicle’s specifications.

To pop out that passenger side axle, I used a long (24”) 3/8” drive extension. It was long enough to run it horizontal under the exhaust and had a nice straight shot at the axle to tap it out.

STOP SKIPPING THE HARD PARTS. you removed the bolt.. and next scene control arm has dropped out like it was freaking easy... HOW did you get it to drop????????

Leave axle nut on! I used 2lb rubber mallet and messed up my thread just on the end of the axle had to clean it up to get nut back on

How to 2013? Mazda cf. 9 on the password side of mine does not have a drive shaft. Like that, it's got a bracket. There's bowling through the block. Looks like a Carrier burying with a long shaft leading to the transmission. How do you get both of them out?

This guy show everything clearly except remove cv joint ?????? Why don’t remove 2 struts bolts out is a lot easy!! Is not easy to push down with the fry bar to remove cv joint?…
