Thank you. You saved me so much time and aggravation not taking my dryer off the top. Also, your instructions were near identical to my unit. My pump was the same model #, but my LG washer is a WM8100HVA. You helped me quite a bit. The part only cost $28. and my time is obviously free.

quick tip for you hameed, instead of putting soap under the feet you can spray them with windex it will make the job alot easier for you

10:49 look at that little drain hose rapped around the bottom of the pump and out the hole... but at 16:06 i see you got it hanging over the drain pump under the drain out green hose??? is that the way you want me to do the install???

@@johncasor9698 good catch it actually goes from the bottom . In this position it’s ok too but I prefer it from the bottom that way it won’t have a lot of pressure on it to get scratched ✌️😁

Thank you so much, I was able to replace the drain pump with your instructions. I now have another problem, washer started to shake a lot during the spin cycle (it wasn't doing that before this procedure), do you have any idea what would cause that? maybe I didn't tighten the weight well enough. Thanks again!

I now have lots of confidence to make this repair today. I have already unstacked the dryer, I wish I watched this first. Repair company came out and quoted me $480 for the repair I had him leave my home after paying $139 diagnostic fee and went out and bought the part for $46.
