Your videos are very good. Here in Brazil this scooter comes with another name, ULTRON 60V/5600W. The problem with this suspension is the amount of oil that comes from the manufacturer, an average of 20 ml in each cartridge is a very low level and will wear out the internal parts: pistons, springs, seal retainer. I took the suspension apart to change the oil and was shocked by the level, 20ml in each. After some tests I came to the conclusion that the ideal oil level would be 200ml in each, that is, from 20ml to 200ml "in each". The oil I put was with SAE-90 viscosity that is used for the gearbox. Improved by 200%. The suspension absorbs a lot more with that oil level from 20ml to 200ml...The manufacturer put a super glue to make it difficult to remove the plug (red screw) and it is not easy to remove. It is necessary to use a heat gun to soften the glue for a few seconds, then use a spanner and start jerking it to the right and left until the plug is released. I used a translator to share my experience, sorry for spelling mistakes in English.

@@Ciarkaz Every 10,000 km do the exchange. I recommend doing the first oil change immediately because it comes almost dry from the factory, only 20 ml in each, the ideal is 200 ml in each.

Not sure where you got that information but from all the sources I could find 10-50ml is the most oil reccomended for forks.. Even if the oil is low on the laotie forks 200ml seems absurd. Thats literally a cup of oil.. In each fork..

How are they holding out, I noticed you did not place them to where they were stock (roughly half inch showing above the last ring) was there a reason for that? or just personal preference? Or is that hows yours came? Mine line up to where the socks have the "lines" that you can see just below the middle ring.

My left shock also became leaky. Upon removing the outer protection ring, I found that the seal had part of its inner lip folded out and visible. Managed to press it back inside with a piece of credit card, but it didn't fix the leak. There seem to be quality differences between the two forks, where the left one had a more loose dust protection sleeve and seal protection ring.

I want to replace the black rubber shock covers with red ones. Especially with that brake bracket it doesn't seem possible. The red covers are only $9 might take a gamble and try anyway when I change the tires next month

Is there any cheaper solution for when oil leaks start to appear? In motorcycle forks people sometimes replace the bad seals and refill the oil. Any idea on what kind of oil these shocks need?

Pirate, in the video you have not positioned the shock all the way until the stop that is on the shock body (where it changes width in the middle of the body). You have instead left almost 1 cm of gap. Was that intentional, or just a distraction while assembling?

Nice instructions. Probably also a good idea to add thread lock to the screws that hold the shocks. Screws are the ever present evil in mechanics..

I have a scooter now that is doing 35-40 km/h but that is to slow. I was looking for a faster scooter and found you 😊 (Ti30). I am mostly in the city but still want your point of view about the tires. There is 2 kinds, all I care about is the safty and since here in Sweden we have snow just like you do. If the tires sounds a little more or less isnt an issue. How much shorter life time do you think the tires will hold if you get the off roads instead? Well then for sure you need offroad tires , actually even Enuro bikes are used very rarely when is snow on the road , so careful here . For me only offroad tires , cause it's multipurpose , you don't care if there is some sand on the asphalt or was rainning. if you re gentle then offroad one can handle even 2 season, if not then here in Poland one cost around 30$ so it's really not bad. Witaj :) Delikatny błąd zrobiłeś przy montażu. Lagi powinny być na maxa do góry wciśnięte tak aby opierały się na dolnym „wahaczu” a nie miały do niego dystans gdyż z czasem lagi w obejmach sie poluzują i wtedy Ci i tak wpadną do końca stukając. Nie jest to straszny błąd jednak wpływa znacząco na wytrzymałość obejm.
