I have the SC9120B and am having trouble getting it unplugged. I tried gently but firmly pulling but nothing is happening. Is it stuck in there? How do I get it out?

Make sure if there's a tab it is depressed, then pull firmly. Maybe look for mfr manual online to verify how it comes out?

I had to get a flat head screwdriver to pry the plastic piece that latches over the plug. Didn't take much effort with the screwdriver
