Replace the firing pin and spring on your phoenix arms hp22a or hp25. This is the first major malfunction that i have had with this gun. It lasted more than 2500 rounds before failing. It looks like the biggest issue may have been the return spring. in the video you can see that the spring was damaged. The firing pin was also a little bit worn down and shorter than factory. The damage to the firing pin is no doubt from letting people dry fire the gun while learning to shoot. this is a great trainer gun, and i will continue to repair and use it as long as possible!
