Great video. I'm pretty good at wrench turning on the engine but don't know much about interior/door panel removal. Without this video I probably would have broken something. Very helpful.

Thank you! The handle on my 04 Tundra busted off the other day and this helped me install the new one.

And... same here. I wonder if the '04s had a particular problem with this. Handle just snapped off. Had to lower the window and lift the outside handle to get out!

You’re the best instructor among other vloggers I’ve seen, others covers what they’re explaining or blocking their subject, excellent.

Great video! As others have mentioned the hardest part was getting the top lip of the door panel lined up. I lowered the window for a better view to line things up, and it was in place in short order.

This was excellent! Thank you for showing about those plastic tabs too. I've been trying to see how those work as every time I have to do anything involving them, they invariably break.
@Digger1219543 жыл бұрын
You made it easy! It was a 45 minute repair because I moved slowly, this being the first time to do this. It will be a 20 minute job should I ever have to do the other side.

The directions were very good overall. She is grabbing it by that upper lip of the door to hold while disconnecting the last two harnesses. Mine was thin very sharp metal and cut my finger as soon as I grabbed it that way. Beware. The hardest thing in reassembly was getting that top door lip properly seated all the way across the top. Pain in the ass particularly in the middle.

Thanks for this video - only thing I did differently was to use a nylon tool (like you use to open a cell phone) to open the trim tabs as to not scratch the plastic finish. Re: 2005 SR-5 2WD
