you dont need to take off the throttle body, just remove the clips holding the harness onto the fuel rail and move out of the way. Enough access is available to replace with just intake tube/box off.

That one you are holding is for a 2.4 LT.

Is it normal for the throttle body to smell like gas in there if not what can this be and what do I need to replace
