The engine is very hard to start or turn over. The engine stalls shortly after starting. The engine hesitates or drags while under load or idle. Hesitation and jerking during acceleration. The engine hiccups. Excessively rich or lean idling

Check engine light, low engine pressure light, battery light will come on, engine wont idle properly or shuts off when you start

Your check engine light should definitely come on the best way to tell if the mass air flow sensor is to unplug it when your car is on and if the car doesn’t turn off that’s the problem
