Derek, have you done a video on removing the side window panels ? I’m going to assume the process is going to be somewhat similar to what is detailed in this vid, but was curious if there was anything more to it. We have a borked window zipper on the non door side of our 1996 Cheyenne to remove to get get fixed. Any help is appreciated

my canvas was held in plastic tracks not metal. gasket configuration was the same. heat gun trick worked great!!!

I just bought a Coleman Utah pop up from a friend and the rubber seal around the door needs to be replaced. I have the seal and the awl looking tool, is there a video on how to replace that seal? I'm also not sure what that seal would actually be called, it's the seal between the canvas and the door frame.

It sounds like the bulkhead door seal is what you are replacing. This is held in with at the door bulkhead, in a channel with the end pinched closed.

Any tips for arrow-head seal that won't sit in the metal track anymore and keeps popping out? Is it time to replace the canvas or is the metal track worn out? Any quick fixes?

My buddy just scraped an burned a pop up aluminum trailer yesterday .. No one knew how to replace the canves enclosure that was beyond use.. Only thing he kept was the cook stove an the bare trailer to set his deer 🦌 blind on 🏹 What a waste 😢 😭

:27 ya got me! I was saying “WTF! Where is is the unsubscribe button?“ Lol Would you recommend trying to find a company to do a whole pop up if you have to replace all of the canvas??? I got a nice 1985/6 Coleman pop-up for under 1000 bucks that was left open to the elements for unforeseen reasons and Highwinds/UV rays turned my old canvas into tissue paper. Deciding whether to abandon the project and sell as is or have a company completely remove and replace it if I can find one.

Hmmmm. You must have a unit other than a coleman. Sorry but I have yet to see one with the AC cord through the canvas. You will likely have to unwired the ceiling assembly.
