Good video. One thing to note, the bolts attaching the air box and the radiator fan are both the same size head (8mm if I remember correctly) but different lengths. The longer ones are for the air box...don't get them confused. If you try to use the long ones for the radiator fan attachment, they are so long they will go all the way through and puncture the radiator. It's just plastic right there, so if you aren't paying attention or using a power tool to put the bolt in it's very easy to not recognize that it got a little harder to screw to bolt in and it will go right on through into the radiator. You then have to replace the radiator. Ask me how I know. 😟

Great video. You can use a 7/32 socket for the 51/2 mm bolts.

Thanks for this video- you helped me tackle this project. One tip- you don’t have to fully remove the bumper- I found it effective to remove the bumper cover along the tops and side, but keep it attached on the bottom. You need to secure it with bungee cords or some other method, but this makes putting the bumper back on a lot easier than fully removing it.

I replaced my Nissan altima radiator in 20 mins today! Shame on ford for making it so tough to work on! Meaning...the difference for most folks that pay a repair company, for any repair, is gonna be huge! A repair shop I bet charges 1000-1500?

I drilled a 1/2" hole through the plastic and used a 1/4" drive 10mm socket, extension and ratchet to remove them. Trust me, it's a lot faster.
