Good video and it helped me a lot, but on the 07 Edge at the bottom of the fan assembly is a bracket that is attached to the unit. The bracket holds a hose. You must remove the bracket, but it was easy to get to and was only one 8mm bolt.

Unrelated to this car, but my 06 acura tsx blows no air at any speeds, do i need to change my resistor and blower motor?

It seems like bad blower motor try banging on it with speed on high key on. Also I can confirm by check power and ground in to connector of blower motor

What if fan not coming on after you change it and I changed the fuses I have 09 ford edge

Did u check all fuses? And did u change fan assembly with module?

We have a 2009 ford edge, we have already checked fuses, changed fan assembly, changed coolant sensor temperature, changed the connector and fans still doesnt come on. Any suggestions?

Well it hasn't because we haven't had it on for more than 10 mins. But I figured since the fans haven't cut on it will overheat again. But over overheating was the initial problem.
