I want to let everyone know you can do it without a tie rod puller. I first used some bolt/nut buster to loosen the joint and then used a small pipe wrench I had lying around. Wedged it behind and started tightening the twisting mechanism on the pipe wrench with with a pair of slip joint pliers. The arm came off with ease and didn’t even make the loud pop you can hear at 1:35.

Pull the nut cap off or up so you can pull the blade away from the window when changing the blade only. Much less chance of breaking the blade fastener.
