How to replace strap on Casio GShock GG1000 using JaysAndKays Metal adapters

Tutorial on how to replace a strap on Casio GShock GG1000 using JaysAndKays Metal adapters on GG1035. In this video we mount a metal bracelet and then a 2-piece NATO-style nylon strap. Plus we have a look of same setup on GWG100 and GSG100 models.

Does the adapters work with the GWG 1000

Hi Anders. They will work on GWG only with the back protectors removed and in the normal orientation. Some folks do not like this appearance because it results in the exposed features of the watch end being somewhat unsightly. On the other hand, others do not mind at all. don't know all the details but what you describe sounds like the threads in the lug might be getting stripped. try to get something in there to push the tip of the screw, or to pull the head of the screw outward while you rotate it in unthread direction to help it get started moving outward instead of just spinning

Hello. This adapter can be used on 5610 except in this kit, the items are a little different. Also, for 5610, it is more suitable to use the small profile version whereas the item in this video is the large profile version. If you are unsure of what is best, just contact me in the ebay store with a message and I can point you to the most appropriate item depending on your preferences.
