Hey man I have a Casio AQS810W-1AVCF with a springbar type of band that has stripped out the adjustment holes on the buckle. The distance between the outer lugs are 18mm apart, will your 16mm parachord adapter fit in it? Also will anything else fit in it that you make that is metal?

Hey Josh. The paracord will fit but will have a little side to side play at the lug due to that 2mm difference. I don't make an 18mm metal yet but it is on the to-do list.

I have not made a vid for that adapter but the design and implementation is identical in terms of installation as you would see in any of the videos about the standard adapters for 1 piece 24mm straps
