Good video! Since I didn't have proper pliers, I replaced the pipe fittings with regular clamps. It seems to work. The power came back on and the fault light and codes went away after the test drive. So the error light was still on during the test drive, but the error light went out when restarting. Thank you so much for the video, it was very helpful!

I have been looking for the location of this sensor as i have the sensor code up om my reader , so a big thank you, its buried isnt it, Hello again, thanks for the message, In the end i took the aluminium casting off and it made the job easier until i tried to put the casting back on , the clamp that hold the two pipes going to the diff pressure switch had moved slightly so i had to loosen that off to realign the flex pipes , then put the casting back on, now for the test drive. UPDATE test drive fantastic no more engine management light on and full speed restored. INFORMATION A few weeks back i had to apply the brakes hard, the back end swung around, at first i thought a caliper had hung up but was so shocked when i found the rear subframe had rusted through from the inside causing a support arm to detach from the frame, I complained to Mercedes customer service and the car was booked in for inspection, they did that for free, and also replaced the rear subframe FREE and labour costs FREE i did have to pay for new brake pipes and suspension springs , ( ouch) the W212 E class and its smaller sister the C class suffer with sub frame failure and they are being replaced under extended warranty. The problem is you cannot see the rust until it fails. Once again many thanks from a now happy W212 owner . Cheshire UK

Do you know if it is necessary to reset the ECU once you change the DPF with the scanner or a regeneration to get the new values from the differential pressure probes?. I have to change it for a new one, it is very saturated.

great , informative video , I wonder if you come across this strange problem engine 651 2.1 L (P02A7=cylinder4 fuel trim at min ) from the code you would think injector problem but sadly that was not the case , I swapped inj4 with inj1 and still the same problem P02A7 , went toward vacuum and checked all vacuum parts (intake manifold /vacuum resonator/turbo actuator/transducers/vacuum hoses) with no sign of vacuum leaks at all , in fact the system holding 15inch vacuum with no problem at a all , in regards to injectors tested with injector leak test all four injectors are leaking the same amount of fuel so I can't fault them , engine idling is fine / drive fine the only thing is if you cleared that code , you will get the full power of the engine I mean the turbo will be working as it should be until you drive in steady speed like 65miles/hour for 10 to 15 minutes as soon as you take your foot off gas pedal the check light will be trigrad and you will start loosing power specially up hill , the only suspect left for me is o2 sensor , I haven't replaced it yet , but when I disconnected no check engine light show up as if its connected , but am thinking that could be the o2 sensor is faulty thats why when the engine on that steady speed and by the time I let off the gas pedal , the ECU request the oxygen from the o2 sensor and most likely the wrong values from the o2 sensor is the suspect what do you think ? your help is appreciated

hi, thank you. I'm sorry but honestly I don't think I could help you. You could check the o2 sensor connector voltage and circuit, and the sensor resistance and compare it with specs. Otherwise try to search on the forums (thorugh the error code) or ask in one of them. Good luck for the repair

Very good video , you explained very well. I have a question, i have a glk x204 220cdi 2011 and it has 118000km . Today i have changed oil and filters and i have also changed diesel filter . But after that when I completed the service, I went for a try but it seems car have to power and i turn off the car and started again and come engine light on . My obdi shows P2454 dtc sensor A . I thought maybe i just bought the wrong diesel filter and i have removed and installed the old original. But the problem continues. Can you please help me ? Thanks

Hi great video I really need help 1st I had air intake leak fault code then few days later 2 codes one the boost pressure of turbocharger too low and second was low pressure turbocharger has a malfunction actuator does not close all 3 with eml on. Do u reckon the powerless, limp mode and high revs gears change late all could be sorted just replacing the sensors?? And which sensors will I.need to change please. Would really appreciate your help I can save abit of money at them hard times thanks mate

The morning when i take car all it's oki After stop motor, maybe 5 minutes later i Come back to take car , i started motor but like not have turbo , the wheels shift manuel paddle not working only working in automatic , and the engine go very UP tours/min for change shift autômatic and with this no have turbo no have kickdown thé accélération very very slow. After remark this problem i stop motor take out thé key close thé door and open and start again motor all will be normal. Sometimes in slow traffic all normal , After stop to go supermarket start again same problèm... But in slow traffic thé orange lamp motor will be here. After one night the motor lamp will disappear all morning but all day same problèm i have connect OBD they say P0471 problem... Do you have heared this problem already ? I know that the Dpf on these cars rarely gets clogged. Probably you only need a forced regen. But I don't know how you've used the car so it's only a supposition :-)

@@vasimaftei8778 you shold check also dpf ash content and soot content from Xentry.. If it's over 200% (if I remember well), the regen has to be forced. Check also that B28/8 sensor gives a value between -0.04 bar and +0.04 with engine off (ignition on), and that when engine runs, value varies up to 1.12 bar. You need to do a complete diagnose, anyway if you have 170k km, the sensor won't have long life. Probably it's worth trying to replace it. To start, clear codes and use the car. These sensors are replaced very frequently, usually they won't last too much
