How to Replace the Fusible Link | 3rd Gen Toyota Pickup

My Fusible link blew (Main Fuse / 80amp Fuse) popped on Bobcat and to replace this main fuse is a little more complicated than merely pulling the fuse straight out.
To remove this fuse, you need to disconnect the fuse box from the inner fender. Unclip the bottom of the fusebox by pushing on the two tabs then pull it forward to expose the wires.
From there you need to push on the tab to release the fusible link and push it down. This will expose the bolts so you can remove them.
Now you can replace the fuse.

Dude. Ty so much for this video. I like a jerk broke my fusable link fuse for my abs system on my 02 camry...ive never seen a fuse like this and once I broke it I was shocked when I couldn't pull it. I blew my 80A fuse with my truck (88 T4R) in rising flood waters desperately trying to jump it with a marine battery, pretty sure i had the terminals right since it initially started but maybe that battery has too many amps. In my experience with the fuse box I was able to pull the fuse holder out by depressing that tab (on the link side) with a flathead and it slides out pretty easy.

Bang on, ground wire had gone bad, the one going to the inside of the pass side wing which caused the fusible link to blow.

For my 2002 hilux the fuse box has 4 tabs inside. Push those back with a flat bladed screw driver and the fuse panel will lift right out.

My 92 pickup 22re keeps blowing out my injector relay after a while. Its looks like it's not making good connectivity and the relay keeps getting hot. Should I replay the entire relay box?

Maybe use some sand paper to clean the contact points first, and if that still fails then maybe than you can replace it
