The big box stores should have the units. I had this same issue yesterday with a pebble swung against the glass by a weed blower.

Where does one source the entire window unit?

Your local glass supply company. He said that you could also order on line. You will need the measurement of the thickness of your door (such as, in this case, 1-3/8" steel door).
